Today's mindset shift is all about eliminating the sabotaging behaviors we all fall into. Whether it’s perfectionism, that nagging pull to procrastinate or just a pervasive desire to completely go against what you know is best, self-sabotage completely interferes with our ability to achieve amazing goals.
Time to love ourselves fully and stop the sabotaging behavior.
