It's Q&A time again and like a fun little mail bag that children's TV hosts would pull audience letters from, I read your messages and DMs to choose the most asked questions. And this one comes up a LOT.
Gratitude is great, but what about all that jealousy that bubbles up when you see another woman who has more than you, who has it better than you, who has something you want...or so you perceive it to be. I have some great insight into what that jealously might actually be and how to shift our thoughts to, "How can I have that?" versus, "Why don't I have that?!"
