Time to put some skin in the game

When was the last time you truly invested in yourself, either with money or time? Moms are notoriously bad at deciding we're worthy of investment, as we're so used to giving to our families.

This episode is one of tough love, but it's all the advice and encouragement I wish someone had given me 13 years ago.
