Someone once asked me, "What does your perfect day look like?" and my response was "I looks like an imperfect day because I can't create a perfect day."
The word "optimal" has been popping up in my life lately and while I usually teach about how to create your ideal day, I've started to shift a bit. What if we thought about creating a framework for our days around what is optimal, what is best? What would serve us the best? What can we get rid of? What can we keep? If your day was created around peak performance in the season you're in now with the resources you have now, what would it look like? Let's explore that. This episode is pure fire!
